How do I check in and out?

Simply in the main house in the A-VITA Viktoria, Hohe Munde Straße 589, 6100 Seefeld, Tel. No.: 0043 5212 4441. We will be happy to receive you, make the registration together and hand over the keys of the apartment. We arrange together with you a date for the payment and the apartment handover.
Very important, please let us know shortly before your arrival your approximate arrival time and your phone number where we can reach you.

Excerpt from the Austrian Hotel Regulations:
Up to three months before the agreed date of arrival of the guest at the latest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled by either party by unilateral declaration without payment of a cancellation fee.
3 months to 1 month before arrival 40%
1 month to 1 week before arrival 70%
in the last week before arrival 90%
In case of late arrival or early departure or no show the full apartment price will be charged.
Changes & cancellations are only accepted in written form.
For this reason we always recommend a travel cancellation insurance, (prices see attached link from your reservation confirmation) to save yourself a lot of unnecessary trouble and costs.

Our luxury apartments are equipped with everything you need for your holiday. The kitchens are fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, glasses, cleaning products and dish towels.
Apartments include full sets of towels (hand towels and bath towels), bathrobes, hairdryers, soap and shampoo.
Our high-quality box-spring beds are ready and made up for you with finest damask bed linen. Should you require special bed linen for allergy sufferers, please let us know before you arrive.
Please let us know the exact number of guests staying in the apartment before your arrival to ensure that there are enough towels etc. for everyone.
For organisational reasons, it is also important to tell us at the time of making the reservation if you require a cot and/or a high chair.

What equipment/facilities are available in the kitchen?

The kitchens are equipped:

Dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (electric filter coffee maker) and/or a Tassimo coffee machine on request, ceramic induction hob, microwave with an oven function and, in all the large apartments, side-by-side refrigerator with a spacious freezer, iced water and ice cube dispenser.

Washing machine and tumble dryer

Washing machine and tumble dryer:

A laundry is available for guests’ use.
Located in the basement of the apartment building, it includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Insert 8 Euros (in coins) for one wash cycle and for the use of the dryer.

Cleaning daily or as required is possible. For organisational reasons, we kindly ask you to notify the reception one to two days in advance and will have to be paid extra. In case of heavily contaminated apartment a surcharge has to be paid. The tenant is responsible for any damage and must pay for it.

Yes, dogs are allowed. If your four-legged friend does not disturb the vacation peace of the other guests and is house-trained, you are welcome to bring him. Please be sure to register when making your reservation. You are responsible for any damage.

Ski passes can be purchased either directly at the bottom station of the ski lift or from the local ski schools.

A ski storage room and ski boot dryer are located in the basement of the apartment building.

Numerous shops are located just a few steps away from our apartments and Seefeld’s pedestrian area offers a wide choice of shops, restaurants, bars, cafés etc.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all our apartments. You will receive a code on your arrival that offers internet access for several devices throughout the duration of your stay.

What does the final cleaning of the apartments included?

What does the final cleaning of the apartments included?

During the final cleaning of our apartments after the departure of a guest, the entire premises including kitchen, bathroom and terraces are cleaned. If something is not clean or not in order in the apartment when you arrive, please report this immediately, so that we can also fix or clean this.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.
Guests may smoke on the terraces or balconies and ashtrays are available. Out of consideration for other guests, we kindly request that you do not throw cigarette butts away over the balcony or terrace.

On request, we are happy to organise transfers from and to the airport or the train station. Simply give us our flight or rail travel information and we’ll take care of the rest.
